BeyondTheChange — Terms of Use

1. Acceptance
By submitting an organisation signup or otherwise using BeyondTheChange, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on behalf of your organisation, and that your organisation agrees to be bound by them alongside any separate commercial agreement it has with Meliora.
2. The Service
BeyondTheChange is a business performance management platform (idea management, KPIs, risk management, business process and assessment workflows) provided by Meliora. Submitting a signup creates a request for platform access, which Meliora reviews and approves before your organisation's account becomes active.
3. Accounts & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify your organisation's administrator promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. Multi-factor authentication is required for administrator-level roles and available to all users.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use BeyondTheChange to: violate applicable law; upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or another organisation's data; or interfere with the platform's normal operation.
5. Your Data
Your organisation retains ownership of the data it submits to BeyondTheChange. Meliora processes that data to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy, and does not use it for any other purpose without your organisation's consent.
6. Intellectual Property
BeyondTheChange, its underlying software, and its branding are the property of Meliora. These Terms do not transfer any ownership in the platform itself — only the right to use it as agreed with Meliora.
7. Availability & Support
Meliora aims to keep BeyondTheChange available and secure, and will maintain and patch the platform as described in its standard operating practice. Specific uptime, support response times, and hosting/patch-ownership arrangements are set out in your organisation's commercial agreement with Meliora, where one exists.
8. Warranty Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Except as expressly agreed in a separate written contract between your organisation and Meliora, BeyondTheChange is provided "as is," and Meliora's liability arising from its use is limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
9. Suspension & Termination
Meliora may suspend or terminate access for a breach of these Terms, non-payment where applicable, or as otherwise agreed in your organisation's contract. Your organisation may request account deactivation at any time; see the Privacy Policy for what happens to data afterward.
10. Changes to These Terms
Meliora may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the version number above; continued use of BeyondTheChange after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
